A sample (JPG or PNG) of your final design must be submitted via email to tshirtcontest@nextmill.net by September 1st, 2008. The design contest winner will be required to provide the actual design file after the contest ends. There is no limit to the number of designs an individual may enter.

Any current Millennium Systems, Inc. hosted web designer or customer interested in submitting a design is welcome to participate. Millennium Systems, Inc. employees and employees’ family members are not allowed to participate.

The shirt design must include the Millennium Systems sun dial logo, our URL, and Millennium Systems name. How you implement these required elements is up to you. For example a design for the back of the shirt that includes our URL and the Millennium Systems name, and our sun dial logo on the breast pocket. The design is limited to four (4) colors. The three colors of our logo are mandatory and cannot be changed, a fourth color of your choice is optional. Your main design does not need to use all the available colors.

Two variations of the your design will need to be submitted. One optimized for light colored shirts and one optimized for dark colored shirts. Click here to download a design package that contains a layered sun dial logo .PSD, a sun dial vector .AI file, a sun dial path .PSD and the .TTF for the font used in our logo.

The winning design will need to be provided to Millennium Systems in vector format (preferred for silk screen printing), or a Photoshop PSD at 300 dpi where the various colors are separated via layers. To submit your design, please email a web optimized sample of you design (not your design file) to tshirtcontest@nextmill.net before September 1st, 2008.

Millennium Systems, Inc. will be awarding an iPod Touch or iPhone. The winner is allowed to choose. Millennium Systems, Inc. will not award the monthly service contract if the winner decides on the iPhone.

All entries will receive a free Millennium Systems, Inc. T-Shirt boasting the new design.

Contestant grants Millennium Systems, Inc. permission to display his or her name, company name, client name, or design on the Millennium Systems’ web site or marketing material for promotional purposes.

Millennium Systems, Inc. assumes all submitted artwork are the work and/or property of the designer or design firm submitting the work. Millennium Systems, Inc. will not be liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the contestant.

Millennium Systems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any entries submitted without reason for refusal. Prizes may change without notice due to availability. Millennium Systems, Inc. guarantees that the prize awarded will be of equal value to original prize if a prize change is required.
